On the way to work today I listened to this
TED about sleep. When I got home I found out that Z now has his CPAP machine. I didn't sleep as well as I thought I would last night. All these things have me believing that I really should work on my sleeping habits. If you read my blog regularly, you know that I am tired, often. I take naps and stay up too late. Lots of bad habits that I should work on turning into good habits.
My happy for today is sitting down with the family and watching stuff. Simple, but I have been house sitting and I am home now. Being away was good for a while. Now, home is good.
